Core principles
Every event follows the same four rules
-
Standard agenda, always
Every event—in-person, webinar, hybrid, or asynchronous—follows the same agenda structure, so every participant gets the same experience and the program gets the same data.
-
The course is the core
Events exist to get participants through the AI Career Readiness Course to full completion—not just attendance.
-
Budget realistic time
The core content includes videos, assessment tests, and activities. Plan a synchronous event accordingly.
-
Every participant is accounted for
A complete participant list is mandatory for every event—no list, no event. It drives completion monitoring, verification, and reporting.
Ways to join
Three funnels into the program
Synchronous webinars
Recurring, centrally hosted online sessions. This is the default funnel. Complete the whole course live with a facilitator guiding you.
See webinar dates → On demandIn-person events
Scheduled when a partner, school, or host requests one and meets the minimum event requirements. We bring the course; they bring the people.
See in-person events → AnytimeOpen asynchronous call
Sign up any time and complete the course at your own pace—with a facilitator checking in until you finish.
Start self-paced →After the course
Finishing opens doors—it doesn't hand them to you
Completion is the entry ticket to everything below. The first two pathways take a select number of completers, so treat the course as the start of your application, not the end of the programme.
Peer Mentorship
A guided mentorship component for 120+ high-performing or high-potential completers—practical career coaching from people already working in the field.

Course takers and completions
Course completions to date
Per-category bars show the gender split within that category, not progress toward its target; the bar under All is the one measured against the 4,500 target. Counters draw from verified completion data and are updated regularly. Gender options match the pre- and post-course assessments, where others covers non-binary and "rather not say" responses.
Course takers to date
Course takers are everyone who has started the course, whether or not they have finished it, so this count runs ahead of verified completions. Bars show the gender split within each category and across All course takers.
